Role Description
The Marketing Manager at HANA Fashion will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves overseeing both online and offline marketing activities, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions.
The Marketing Manager will develop the annual marketing calendar, manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data and market insights.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams, managing external agencies or vendors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
The role also involves monitoring competitors and fashion trends, maintaining the brand’s social media and digital presence, and preparing regular reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sector.
- Strong skills in campaign planning, brand management, and omnichannel marketing (online and offline).
- Ability to interpret marketing analytics, customer insights, and sales data to guide decisions.
- Experience with social media management, content coordination, and basic digital advertising concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
- Understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning in regional and global markets.
