Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
- full-funnel marketing strategy
- (acquisition → activation → retention)
- Own
- marketing budget (P&L)
- and allocate across paid, organic, and partnerships
- Manage and coordinate
- external agencies
- (PR, media buying, creative)
- Align with Ops, Product, and Tech teams for
- launch campaigns and feature rollouts
- Define and track

• LTV (Lifetime Value)
- Conversion rates
- Retention metrics
- Lead
- brand positioning
- and ensure consistency across all channels
- Present
- weekly and monthly performance reports
- to leadership
- Ensure compliance with
- crypto advertising regulations (Google, Meta policies)

- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in
- crypto exchange / fintech marketing
- Prior experience with platforms like Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken preferred
- Strong understanding of
- performance marketing + brand strategy
- Proven experience managing
- agency ecosystems
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities
