- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation within the UAE real estate sector
- Build scalable strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI optimization
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for maximum conversions
- Oversee SEO, website performance, landing pages, and lead funnels
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversion rates)
- Lead execution of 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, outdoor)
- Oversee content creation, social media, video production, and brand guidelines
- Lead and manage the in house marketing team and external agencies
- Align closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in UAE real estate
- Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign performance
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and analytics tools
- Experience in CRM systems and marketing automation
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Arabic is required

- This role is ideal for a hands on leader with strong expertise in real estate marketing, paid media, and 360° campaign management within the UAE market.
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute data driven marketing strategies aligned with business and sales targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation within the UAE real estate sector.
- Build scalable strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI optimization.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for maximum conversions.
