Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, logistics companies, customs clearance teams, ports, and other relevant parties.
• Follow up on vehicle shipments, customs clearance, vehicle clearance, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of major UAE ports and their logistics operations.
• Develop relationships in the UAE automotive and logistics market.
• Monitor local car market activities and identify business opportunities.
• Support marketing and sales teams with market and logistics information.
• Prepare accurate records and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle movement and delivery.
• Handle assigned marketing, logistics, and business development tasks.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in logistics, customs clearance, automotive, or a related field.
• At least four years of practical experience with UAE customs clearance procedures.
• Good knowledge of major UAE ports and their logistics operations.
• Good understanding of the UAE local car market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in vehicle shipping, automotive logistics, customs clearance, car trading, or imported and exported vehicle operations is highly preferred.

Languages

• English communication skills are required.
• Arabic is listed as required in the language criteria, although the requirements section describes it as an advantage.
