Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans
- Manage social media, digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, PR, and events
- Plan and oversee product launches, showroom activations, and brand collaborations
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance across all channels
- Coordinate content creation, advertising, email marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
- Support both retail and B2B business growth objectives
- Manage external agencies and marketing suppliers when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience with luxury retail, interiors, furniture, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Experience in marketing strategy and multi channel execution
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate

- RIS is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to lead the brand’s marketing strategy across our brands, retail, e commerce, interior design services, and hospitality furnishing projects.
- We are looking for a creative and commercially minded professional who understands luxury branding, customer experience, digital marketing, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans
- Manage social media, digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, PR, and events
