Responsibilities
- Write content for LinkedIn (B2B), Instagram (B2C), blog posts, and email campaigns
- Manage day to day social media – posting, engagement, performance tracking
- Build and maintain CRM hygiene – segmentation, tagging, deduplication, contact validation
- Run email campaigns end to end – drafting, list selection, sending, tracking
- Update website pages, product listings, and campaign landing pages
- Build weekly performance reports using Google Analytics and campaign data
- Apply AI/LLM tools to multiply output and shorten cycle times
- Coordinate with external design, SEO, and advertising vendors
- Conduct light market and competitor research
- Attend daily team huddles and weekly 1:1 with the CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2 4 years of marketing or marketing adjacent work experience
- B2B marketing exposure is a strong plus
- Hands on experience with content writing, social media, email, or CRM tools
- Active user of AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT) with specific workflow examples
- Strong written English with brand appropriate tone for B2B and B2C audiences
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and lean team execution
- Located in Dubai or able to be on site daily at Port Saeed office

Role Overview
- Marketing Intern – AI Powered Internship in Dubai.
- Work directly with the CEO. Build real marketing execution skills.
- Possible conversion to full time for top performers.
What You'll Do
- Write content for LinkedIn (B2B), Instagram (B2C), blog posts, and email campaigns.
