- Assist with social media scheduling and strategy
- Research trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Support campaign planning and execution
- Help with email marketing and community management
- Track performance and report on what's working
- Film and edit short form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Create product photography and flat lay shoots
- Write captions that sound human and on brand
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and styles
- Pitch and execute own content ideas
- Help shape and maintain Skin Cake's visual identity
Requirements
- Passion for beauty and skincare
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools
- Data curious, self starter mindset
- Currently studying marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong eye for aesthetics
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Active presence on TikTok or Instagram
- Confidence on camera or behind it

About the Role
- Skin Cake is building a bold, fun beauty brand and is looking for a Marketing Intern & Content Creator to work directly with the founding team.
- This is a remote internship with real ownership over projects and a pathway to a full time role for top performers.
What You'll Be Doing Marketing Intern
- Assisting with social media scheduling and strategy
- Researching trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Supporting campaign planning and execution
- Helping with email marketing and community management
- Tracking performance and reporting on what's working
- Bringing ideas to the table
What You'll Be Doing Content Creator Intern
- Filming and editing short form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Creating product photography and flat lay shoots

- Staying on top of trending audio, formats, and styles
- Pitching and executing your own content ideas

What We're Looking For Marketing Intern

- Strong written communication skills

- Currently studying marketing, communications, or a related field, or have equivalent experience
