Marketing Intern

Job Purpose

Video Content

• Learn and understand the company’s robotics and technology products to create accurate and engaging marketing content.
• Analyze social media and content trends to brainstorm ideas and identify opportunities for stronger engagement.
• Plan, develop, script, shoot, and edit promotional, educational, product demonstration, and social media video content.
• Review performance reports of existing content, identify what is working, and execute improvement plans to increase reach, engagement, and content performance.

Digital Marketing

• Create brochures, posters, flyers, social media creatives, banners, and other promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create and execute email campaigns, product promotions, announcements, follow-up campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
• Manage mailing lists, CRM updates, and campaign performance and responses.
• Knowledge of Zoho Campaigns and experience creating and managing email campaigns is preferred.

Lead Management

• Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers through LinkedIn, online platforms, directories, exhibitions, and other lead-generation channels.
• Conduct cold outreach, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Manage showroom leads and demonstration enquiries generated through marketing activities, coordinate demonstrations, and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Zoho Campaigns and experience creating and managing email campaigns is preferred.
