Responsibilities
- Own the 'missing images' process by maintaining trackers and ensuring asset readiness
- Perform in house photography and execute technical image edits in Photoshop
- Upload and organize final packshots into master databases (PIM, MAM)
- Coordinate with other departments for file approvals and hold stakeholders accountable
- Collaborate with external agencies for larger image editing scopes
- Manage projects, work processes, and systems to ensure efficient workflow
- Update guidelines and standard operating procedures for image production workflows
- Commute to local stores to procure products for in house photography
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with focus on technical production editing
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
- 1 3 years of experience in a related field
- Photography experience
- Knowledge of AI capabilities to speed production

Summary
- The Image Production Specialist drives end to end coordination and execution of product imagery and packshots.
- Owns the 'missing images' process, ensuring product photography is accurately produced, formatted, and centralized in master databases.
- Blends technical execution with operational oversight, performing in house photos and Photoshop edits.
What You'll Do
- Own the 'missing images' process by maintaining trackers and pulling weekly exports.
- Perform in house photography and execute technical image edits in Photoshop.
- Upload and organize final packshots into master databases (PIM, MAM).
- Coordinate with other departments to gain file approvals and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Collaborate with external agencies for larger image editing scopes.
- Manage projects, work processes, systems, and/or procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Update guidelines, standard operating procedures, and instructional materials.
- Commute to local stores to procure products for in house photography.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with focus on technical production editing.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent follow through skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Photography experience.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities to speed production.
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 3 years of experience in a related field.
- In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quick job function switches.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to spend more than half the time viewing computer monitors.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
