About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive with proven experience in the exhibition stand industry for telecalling, lead generation, and client follow-ups. The role involves converting inquiries into exhibition stand projects.

Responsibilities
- Contact exhibitors and potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Follow up on company generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Generate new business for exhibition stand design and build projects
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Prepare and maintain lead records and update the CRM/database
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely proposal submissions
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the exhibition stand industry (Mandatory)
- Previous experience with an exhibition stand contractor or exhibition company
- Strong experience in telecalling, lead generation, client follow ups, and sales conversion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- UAE exhibition industry experience is highly preferred

Overview
- Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.
- We are looking only for candidates with proven experience in the exhibition stand industry.
Key Responsibilities
