Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for powder coating requirements from various sectors.
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote services and build relationships.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and negotiate to secure orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company.
- Promote new colours, finishes, and value added coating solutions to customers.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments by coordinating with the accounts department.
