Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of designated brands, acting as internal marketing champion
- Film and edit engaging short form video content for Instagram and TikTok
- Develop consistent on brand social media presence for assigned brands
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and use data to improve results
- Build and maintain media relationships, draft press releases, coordinate press activity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Handle administrative responsibilities including purchase orders, budget tracking, and invoice processing
Requirements
- Hands on experience filming and editing reels/short form video for Instagram and TikTok
- Solid understanding of marketing principles across digital and traditional channels
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, can do attitude and confidence to take ownership

About This Job
- This is a role for someone who wants to own something. Marketing Executives take the lead on brands, shaping how they look, sound, and feel across every platform.
- Brands include Eden Cinemas, The Eden family entertainment centre, Bay Network radio, and Cynergi wellness community.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of designated brands within the Group, acting as their internal marketing champion.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints from digital content to print collateral and events.
- Support the team by filming and editing engaging short form video content, particularly reels, for Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop a consistent and on brand social media presence for assigned brands.
- Lead on compelling content across all formats: video, photography, copywriting, print, digital, and beyond.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms from concept through performance analysis.
- Generate and pitch innovative ideas for campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and use data to continuously improve results.
- Build and maintain strong media relationships, including drafting press releases and coordinating press activity.
- Support identification and management of sponsorship opportunities and event partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Handle day to day administrative responsibilities including purchase orders, booking confirmations, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
- Hands on experience filming and editing reels/short form video (Instagram, TikTok) with a strong instinct for what performs.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles across both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle several brands and deadlines at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Maltese is an advantage).
- A proactive, can do attitude and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
