Be the guardian of the Mowgli brand, ensuring our story, voice and personality shine across every guest touchpoint.

Lead customer insight and use data to understand what drives visits, loyalty, and growth.

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, building capability and creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Act as a senior ambassador for Mowgli, both internally and externally.

A senior marketing leader with a strong track record of driving commercial growth through marketing, ideally within hospitality, retail, leisure, or another customer-led business.

A strategic thinker who is comfortable with data and commercial targets, but equally passionate about brand, creativity and understanding what makes guests tick.
