Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing / Business Development Coordinator to promote our shoring and piling services and support the company in securing new construction projects.
The role focuses on building relationships with contractors and consultants, managing prequalification submissions, and assisting in tender opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update company profile, presentations, and project portfolio
- Send company introductions to contractors, consultants, and developers
- Coordinate prequalification and vendor registration documents
- Monitor and track tender invitations and project opportunities
- Maintain and update client database and follow up on leads
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals
- Manage website and LinkedIn company page updates
- Support business development meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in marketing or business development (construction experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and email writing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of tender and prequalification processes
- Experience working with contractors or engineering companies
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media
