- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects and property listings
- Create engaging marketing content using AI tools
- Plan, shoot, and edit high quality property videos, agent videos, and promotional content
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms
- Generate high quality buyer and seller leads through digital marketing campaigns
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote new property launches, listings, and campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements
- Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, AI technologies, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar
- Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation
- Hands on experience with lead generation and performance marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills

Overview
- We are seeking a creative and results oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, AI powered marketing tools, video production, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects and property listings.
- Create engaging marketing content using AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign performance.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high quality property videos, agent videos, and promotional content for social media and digital advertising.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
- Generate high quality buyer and seller leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote new property launches, listings, and company campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, AI technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation.
- Hands on experience with lead generation and performance marketing.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month (depending on experience and skills).
