- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in venue channels
- Manage day to day social media activity including content planning, posting, and community engagement
- Work with design and content teams to develop creative assets
- Assist in delivery and promotion of events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners
- Support paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize campaigns
- Maintain website and booking platforms with up to date content and offers
- Liaise with operations teams for seamless on site campaign execution
Requirements
- 2 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative thinker with proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with agencies and external partners is a plus
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms preferred

The Role
- We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join the team at Bla Bla by McGettigan’s — one of Dubai’s most exciting multi concept lifestyle destinations.
- This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality marketing, who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful campaigns, events and brand moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in venue channels
- Manage day to day social media activity, including content planning, posting and community engagement
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling creative assets
- Assist in the delivery and promotion of events, activations and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers and media partners to drive coverage and awareness
- Support paid media campaigns across Meta and Google to drive bookings and sales
- Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide insights to optimise campaigns
- Maintain website and booking platforms with up to date content and offers
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution on site
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, F&B or lifestyle
