- Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads).
- Create and test high converting landing pages with the design team.
- Improve SEO performance.
- Manage conversion tracking and analytics.
- Optimise campaigns based on CPL, ROAS and lead quality.
- Test new acquisition channels before competitors.
- Work directly with management on growth strategy.
- Help establish Aston VIP as one of the leading advisory firms in Dubai.
Requirements
- Based in Europe
- Minimum 3 years' experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X Ads
- Experience with SEO and Google Analytics 4
- Experience creating high converting landing pages
- Excellent written English
- Commercial mindset with focus on ROI and lead generation
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel to Dubai when required or relocate over time

- This is a hybrid position based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Dubai office.
- We are specifically looking for candidates currently based in Europe who are interested in joining a fast growing international advisory firm.
- Your role will focus on generating qualified business leads through digital marketing. This is not a branding or social media role—we measure success by enquiries, conversions and revenue.
