Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Marketing Executive role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to strengthen brand presence and readership across GCC markets.
- Conduct market research, analyze audience trends, and identify opportunities for selling advertising packages, digital assets, and event sponsorships.
- Coordinate campaigns, support sales initiatives, and prepare marketing materials.
- Collaborate with editorial, sales, and distribution teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Track key performance metrics and manage budgets for marketing activities.
- Build relationships with partners, agencies, and community organizations to enhance the newspaper’s market position.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and execute effective campaigns across print and digital channels.
- Proficiency in Market Research to assess audience needs, competitor activity, and opportunities in GCC markets.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and customer relationship skills to support advertising revenue growth and promotional partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in media, publishing, or advertising within GCC or similar markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is beneficial.
