Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and create marketing content
- Conduct market research and assist in business development activities
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Coordinate with laboratories for testing and project related activities
- Prepare and send purchase orders (POs) to laboratories and suppliers
- Follow up with laboratories to ensure timely completion of testing and receipt of reports
- Schedule monitoring visits, inspections, and sample collection with clients and laboratories
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and status reports
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other project related documents
- Maintain records in QuickBooks Online, including invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and basic financial transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, administration, or laboratory coordination
- Hands on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating with laboratories or environmental testing agencies is an advantage
