- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the center's objectives
- Create monthly content calendars and social media strategies
- Plan, shoot, and edit daily photo and video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Design professional marketing materials for digital and print platforms
- Manage and grow social media accounts
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to create educational and promotional content
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and healthcare marketing best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a medical center, hospital, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare organization
- Strong experience in content creation and social media management
- Ability to shoot high quality photos and videos using a camera or smartphone
- Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google tools
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills
