About the Role
Alfardan Corporation is seeking a hybrid Content Creator/Designer at the Marketing Executive level to produce platform-native content for TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. The role involves managing brand presence, creating short-form videos and graphics, and supporting digital PR for luxury automotive brands.

Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and grow brand presence across TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Develop and execute a targeted TikTok content strategy focused on short form video and compelling brand storytelling
- Lead Snapchat activations, utilizing stories, filters, and direct audience engagement techniques
- Manage YouTube channels and oversee end to end video content production
- Produce high quality, platform optimized design assets—including short form videos, graphics, and Stories—across all three core platforms
- Deliver content at a high velocity to replace slower, traditional external design agency processes
- Execute a Digital PR strategy tailored specifically for emerging social platforms
- Work in tandem with traditional PR/Influencers efforts to maximize overall audience reach and ensure a cohesive brand narrative
- Provide comprehensive digital content support across luxury brand portfolio, including BMW Group, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, and Motorcycles
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Designer, or similar hybrid role
- Deep expertise in the native features, trends, and algorithms of TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Strong portfolio showcasing short form video editing, graphic design, and brand storytelling
- Understanding of the Qatar market and cultural nuances, specifically regarding younger demographics
- Ability to work efficiently and produce high volumes of quality content in house
- Experience in the luxury automotive or motorsports industry is a strong plus

Role Overview
- As part of our team's strategic restructuring, we are expanding our media capabilities across emerging digital channels.
- We are seeking a dynamic, hybrid Content Creator/Designer at the Marketing Executive level to bring high velocity, platform native content production in house.
- This role is designed to capture shifting market landscapes and engage younger demographics in Qatar, particularly across our motorsports and motorcycle portfolios.
- You will be the driving force behind activating our presence on platforms where our audiences are currently most active, while working alongside our external agency partners who manage traditional PR.
