Role Overview
The role supports PUF panel manufacturing and project operations across production, quality inspection, coordination, installation support, and compliance.
The position is based at manufacturing plants and project sites in Pune and requires in-person work.
PUF Panel Production
- Supervise day-to-day PUF panel manufacturing activities and monitor smooth production flow.
- Check panel dimensions, thickness, density, and appearance.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
- Monitor machine operation, production efficiency, and daily production records.
Quality Control
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished PUF panels.
- Check panel thickness, length, width, joints, and surface finish.
- Verify product quality against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Project and Site Coordination
- Coordinate PUF panel installation activities at project sites.
