Position Summary

Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.

Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Contact potential owners by telephone to arrange preview package sales and tours.

Core Responsibilities

  • Encourage guests and callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours.
  • Explain presentation attendance details and verify eligibility before scheduling tours.
  • Provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage when appropriate.
  • Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, and other general office duties.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Assist management with training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
  • Welcome guests, address service needs, answer telephones, and communicate professionally.
  • Follow company policies, protect confidential information, and maintain quality standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience is specified.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • Candidates should communicate clearly, prepare written documents accurately, and maintain positive working relationships.

Workplace

  • The position is located at Al Khail Road, Al Jaddaf Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The role is not remotely located and requires physical presence at the work location.
