Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across multiple channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams, manage internal and external resources
- Support and help oversee the day to day efforts of the Marketing & Merch teams
- Assist in bringing marketing strategies to life in collaboration with the leadership team
- Development of KPIs to track campaign performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of Marketing Leadership experience
- Experience in Big Commerce preferred
- Strong understanding of digital, social media, and paid media strategies
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition, increase retention, and expand market opportunities.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and business development strategies, leading multi channel campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, leverage analytics and AI driven marketing tools, optimize brand presence.
- Help develop and expand a print and catalog mailing strategy.
- Drive new to file growth, analyze results, and work with the merchandising team to optimize product assortments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Marketing Leadership experience.
- Experience in Big Commerce preferred.
