Role Description

  • We are seeking a strategic and results driven Marketing Director / Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s marketing strategy and execution.
  • This role is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and supporting overall business growth through effective marketing initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will oversee end to end marketing activities, including strategy development, campaign planning, brand management, digital marketing, and performance analysis.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, identify market opportunities, and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data driven mindset.
  • Experience in campaign management, market research, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking combined with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to develop and execute both strategic and operational marketing plans.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and results orientation.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
