- Lead the organization's marketing strategy and execution

- Oversee end to end marketing activities including strategy development, campaign planning, brand management, digital marketing, and performance analysis
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Design and execute marketing strategies, manage marketing campaigns, oversee content and digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and customer insights, manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing effectiveness
- Lead or support product launches, improve brand visibility, evaluate competitive positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data driven mindset
- Experience in campaign management, market research, and performance analytics
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Creative thinking combined with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to develop and execute both strategic and operational marketing plans
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and results orientation

Role Description
