Role Description

  • The Marketing Director / Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives to drive business growth and market competitiveness.
  • This role oversees integrated marketing programs across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to ensure consistent messaging and measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Managing brand positioning, campaign planning, and go to market strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Overseeing multi channel marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, events, and public relations.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize marketing investments.
  • Leading and developing marketing teams, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and executive leadership.
  • Coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute high impact marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer acquisition principles.
  • Ability to design and execute integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, advertising platforms, and performance measurement techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content strategy, and marketing automation is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build, mentor, and guide high performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align marketing strategy with business goals.
