Job Summary
We are hiring on behalf of an ultra luxury aesthetic clinic brand for a marketing director with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred. Typically 5+ years of Progressive Experience in Marketing role
Responsibilities
- Heading and Leading the entire Marketing Team towards best practices.
- Strategic Planning.
- Brand Management.
- Guide the marketing team on trends, algorithms, content strategy, paid campaigns, and audience growth.
- Patients Engagement & Promotional Activities.
- Market Research, Collaboration with Internal Clinic Teams.
- Marketing Budget Management and Compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Typically 5+ years of Progressive Experience in Marketing roles with at least Three (3) years in a Senior Leadership or Management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing effective, omni-channel marketing campaigns spanning both digital and traditional marketing environments.
- Experience in the Aesthetics or Dermatology Industry is highly preferable.
