Responsibilities
- Develop short term and long term marketing strategies for each business division
- Create annual marketing plans with measurable objectives and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends
- Build a unified brand strategy while maintaining each division's unique market identity
- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share
- Generate qualified leads for all business units
- Identify new customer segments and strategic partnerships
- Support expansion into new markets within the UAE and internationally
- Build strong brand awareness across all divisions
- Oversee corporate identity and branding guidelines
- Lead all digital marketing activities including SEO, AI, Google Ads, Social Media, Email, Content, CRM
- Recruit, train, and lead marketing and business development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple business divisions is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and business development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred

Position Overview

- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate new business opportunities, strengthen our brands, build high performing sales and marketing teams, and achieve sustainable revenue growth across all divisions.
