About the Role
Codvo.ai seeks a Director of Marketing to own top-of-funnel growth and sourced pipeline, using AI to extend capacity and execution velocity. The role involves designing the demand engine, building AI-powered workflows, and ensuring consistent pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities
- Own ICP definition, segmentation, and account prioritization in partnership with Sales and Leadership
- Build and continuously refresh named account and look alike universes using AI and enrichment tools
- Design and oversee multi touch outbound and account based campaigns (email, LinkedIn, light landing experiences)
- Translate Codvo’s case studies, delivery wins, and IP into scalable demand offers
- Launch 2 3 meaningful experiments per month across segment, message, offer, or channel using AI co pilots
- Equip SDRs with AI assisted account lists, sequences, and messaging that are execution ready
- Participate in weekly SDR/AE pipeline reviews focused on meetings, SQLs, and sourced revenue
- Own a simple but rigorous dashboard covering meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates
- Drive structured A/B testing across subject lines, hooks, offers, and cadences
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation workflows (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Requirements
- 12 15 years in B2B demand generation / growth (services, SaaS, AI, GIS or data led businesses experience)
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue linked marketing outcomes
- Hands on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong command of outbound motion, account based marketing, and pipeline analytics
- Ability to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling, business led value propositions
- High ownership mindset: define → build → execute → measure → refine
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field; MBA from top tier business school preferred

Role Mandate
- As Director – Marketing, you own top of funnel growth and sourced pipeline, using AI to exponentially extend your strategic and execution capacity.
- You are accountable for designing the demand engine, not merely running campaigns.
- You operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scale setting direction, building AI powered workflows, and ensuring consistent pipeline contribution from priority ICPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Targeting: Own ICP definition, segmentation, and account prioritization in partnership with Sales and Leadership.
- Build and continuously refresh named account and look alike universes using AI and enrichment tools.
- Ensure ≥90% coverage of buying groups and key personas across active target accounts.
- Demand & Campaign Leadership: Design and oversee multi touch outbound and account based campaigns (email, LinkedIn, light landing experiences).
- Translate Codvo’s case studies, delivery wins, and IP into scalable demand offers.
- Launch 2–3 meaningful experiments per month across segment, message, offer, or channel using AI co pilots.
- Sales & Revenue Alignment: Equip SDRs with AI assisted account lists, sequences, and messaging that are execution ready.
- Participate in weekly SDR/AE pipeline reviews focused on meetings, SQLs, and sourced revenue.
- Leverage AI summarized call notes, objections, and replies to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
- Performance, Reporting & Optimization: Own a simple but rigorous dashboard covering meetings, SQLs, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Drive structured A/B testing across subject lines, hooks, offers, and cadences.
- Deliver concise weekly leadership updates: what launched, what it delivered, and what changes next.
