Role Overview
Leads marketing and communications for a high-growth portfolio of events in Saudi Arabia.
Serves on the cross-functional senior leadership team and helps shape Tahaluf brands and market engagement.
Uses customer research, internal data, and industry trends to guide recommendations and strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Devise and deliver innovative marketing campaigns against objectives and targets.
- Ensure the marketing team is motivated, skilled, and collaborative.
- Deliver campaigns within budget using commercially sound spend allocation.
- Support product launches through go-to-market strategies, sales support, and price validation.
Leadership and Management
- Represent the portfolio across regional and divisional marketing, digital, data, and customer insight groups.
- Act as portfolio sponsor for GDPR and support corporate and EMEA initiatives.
- Develop value propositions, messaging, and portfolio-wide growth projects.
- Lead marketing and digital managers and provide guidance, feedback, development plans, and succession planning.
- Champion marketing technology adoption and a high-performance culture.
