Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy
- Build and strengthen the KMGC brand identity
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
- Create marketing campaigns that generate business opportunities
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
- Manage PPC campaigns and monitor advertising budgets
- Generate quality leads through digital channels
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Create engaging daily, weekly, and monthly content
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Develop reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management
- Proven portfolio of successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, SEM, WordPress, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
- Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- CRM systems
- AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- This is not a basic marketing role. We are seeking someone who can independently manage our complete marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy. Build and strengthen the KMGC brand identity. Maintain consistent branding across all platforms. Create marketing campaigns that generate business opportunities.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage PPC campaigns and monitor advertising budgets. Generate quality leads through digital channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Create engaging daily, weekly, and monthly content. Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Develop reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
- Website Management: Manage and update the company website. Improve website performance and user experience. Ensure all services, products, and company information remain updated. Optimize website speed and functionality. Coordinate with developers when required.
- SEO & Online Presence: Improve Google search rankings. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize website SEO (On page & Off page). Manage Google Business Profile. Monitor website traffic and analytics.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials. Create professional social media posts and advertisements. Produce marketing videos and promotional content. Maintain brand consistency in all designs.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Create professional email campaigns. Build customer mailing lists. Track campaign performance. Maintain CRM databases and customer engagement.
- Lead Generation & Business Development Support: Generate qualified business leads. Research target markets and competitors. Support the sales team with marketing materials. Improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends. Analyze competitors. Identify new business opportunities. Recommend innovative marketing strategies.
