- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies
- Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, facility management companies, and corporate clients
- Promote the company’s luxury furniture, interior solutions, and fit out services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project opportunities
- Contribute to brand awareness and achieve sales and business growth targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales within Qatar’s construction, real estate, interior design, or fit out industry
- Strong knowledge of the Qatari market
- Well established network within the construction, real estate, and fit out sectors
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
- Pleasing personality with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, proactive, target driven, and capable of working independently
