AlMashtal is looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist in Riyadh to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, manage social media, and design visual content.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create engaging content and manage social media platforms.
- Develop creative designs and visual content aligned with the brand identity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, support events and activations.
- Conduct market research and monitor campaign performance.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and creative design.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in campaign performance tracking and marketing reports.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
