Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other online marketing channels.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for cleaning services.
- Monitor advertisements, leads, inquiries, and marketing performance.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Respond to customers professionally and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage bookings and customer follow-ups and coordinate with the cleaning team.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain daily records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, social media marketing, sales, or customer support.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
