Responsibilities
- Write compelling blog posts and develop sales enablement resources such as one pagers
- Draft and schedule marketing emails
- Serve as primary point of contact with event organizers and vendors, create event briefs, manage pre and post event processes
- Develop and schedule engaging social media posts, monitor social channels, and engage with the community
- Update and create webpages, set up webinars, and ensure content is accurately published and optimized
- Effectively communicate product updates and support a strong, connected customer community
Requirements
- 1 2 years of full time marketing experience (B2B or SaaS experience is an asset)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to apply feedback
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Strong writing skills
- AI fluency
- Hands on experience with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, social scheduling, or design tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite) is an asset

About the Opportunity
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we are seeking a highly organized, execution focused Marketing Coordinator to support and accelerate marketing initiatives across the business (new business and customer marketing).
- This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of full time marketing experience who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, on time, high quality work.
What you will do
- Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts and develop sales enablement resources such as one pagers, and draft and schedule marketing emails.
- Event Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with event organizers and vendors, create event briefs for on site team members, manage pre and post event processes.
- Social Media: Develop and schedule engaging social media posts, monitor social channels, and engage with the community.
- Digital Marketing: Update and create webpages, set up webinars, and ensure content is accurately published and optimized.
- Customer Marketing: Effectively communicate product updates and support a strong, connected customer community.
What an ideal candidate will have
- 1–2 years of full time marketing experience (B2B or SaaS experience is an asset)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Attention to Detail, Ability to Apply Feedback, Time Management, Prioritization, Communication, Execution & Ownership, Strong Writing Skills, AI Fluency
- Hands on experience using marketing automation, CRM, CMS, social scheduling, or basic design tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite) is an asset.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is CAD 50,000 CAD 55,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
