Position Overview

  • Marketing Coordinator position at Gulf Ocean Lights LLC, a leading distributor of electrical products in the GCC.
  • Location: National Industries Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week).
  • Immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and distributing email marketing campaigns and newsletters, while maintaining subscriber lists and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Coordinate showroom merchandising and visual displays to ensure an engaging, organized, and brand consistent customer environment.
  • Manage promotional merchandise, including inventory tracking, ordering, packing, and distribution of branded giveaways for clients and events.
  • Maintain and update website content, including product information, images, and company details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital platforms.
  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics, including email engagement and website traffic, and prepare reports to support marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure marketing materials and communications align with company branding and business objectives.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
