Universal Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing activities across the group and its subsidiaries. The role coordinates with external agencies, maintains brand consistency, and oversees social media, websites, and campaigns.

- Coordinate and follow up on marketing deliverables across subsidiaries — social media, websites, campaigns, content, and photo/video production
- Gather and provide the agency with all required materials on time
- Review creative work and route it through internal approval process
- Act as primary liaison between the Group and external marketing/creative agency
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, including on site logistics at branches
- Manage and update Google Business profiles, websites, and social accounts in coordination with the agency
- Monitor campaign performance and compile clear reports for management
- Safeguard brand consistency across all subsidiaries, platforms, and materials

Role Summary
