Role Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities that build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives.
The role works with marketing, sales, creative, product, and external partners to deliver organized and consistent marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaigns, projects, schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple channels.
- Prepare marketing materials for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, events, and promotions.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, content, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, agencies, vendors, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct basic market, customer, competitor, and industry research.
- Assist with events, product launches, webinars, and promotional programs.
- Maintain marketing assets, databases, contact lists, campaign records, and documentation.
- Track engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and other campaign performance indicators.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Ensure brand consistency and identify opportunities to improve workflows and campaign execution.
