Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, deadlines, and activity trackers.
- Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials and digital content.
- Support email marketing, newsletters, customer communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with website content updates and basic digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with Sales to support lead-generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct basic market, customer, competitor, and industry research.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other marketing KPIs.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, performance summaries, and management updates.
- Maintain accurate marketing databases, content libraries, campaign records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers, vendors, and external partners when required.
