- Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote AMEC’s construction services and project portfolio.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, support market research activities, update marketing materials and online channels.
- Assist with sales and customer service initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, maintain contact databases, track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.
- Report on marketing activities and provide insights to help improve market positioning and client engagement.
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for construction and engineering services.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and coordination of marketing activities that support business development.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms or social media.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or a similar industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid Marketing Coordinator role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote AMEC’s construction services and project portfolio.
