Job Description

  • Full time, onsite position in Jeddah for a Marketing and Content Specialist.
  • Plan, create, and optimize content promoting HubStation products and brand across digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and sales support materials.
  • Daily tasks include studying market and customer needs, writing and localizing clear and engaging marketing copy in Arabic and English, and collaborating with product, sales, and design teams to ensure message consistency.
  • Manage content calendar, support campaign execution, and monitor content performance metrics to develop future initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing stories, case studies, and educational content for restaurant owners and operators.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in content marketing, including content strategy, campaign planning, and aligning content with brand and business goals.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing clear, persuasive copy for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials, with careful attention to language and style.
  • Ability to conduct structured research on market trends, customer pain points, and competitors to inform content topics and messages.
  • Experience in digital marketing practices such as social media management, email marketing, SEO basics, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (product, sales, design, customer success) and translate technical features into user benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing a content calendar, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (both required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, restaurant technology, or hospitality is a plus, as is familiarity with the Saudi market and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Jeddah and thrive in a fast growing startup environment.
