- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to develop content that supports campaigns, product launches, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external creators, freelancers, or agencies when needed to ensure timely and high quality content delivery.
- Analyze content performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, traffic, and SEO performance, and use data insights to refine content strategies.
- Contribute to SEO strategy, brand storytelling, content governance, and marketing automation initiatives while staying informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, storytelling, brand communication, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to develop and manage multi channel content strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create compelling, brand aligned content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify content trends, and optimize strategies based on insights.
