Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media content and Video Editing
• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the agency
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
• Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners
• Support campaign planning, execution, and project coordination
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand promotions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and client documents
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, video production teams, and media partners
• Track project timelines and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Maintain organized business records, contracts, and documentation
• Assist with invoice tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination
• Support management with operational and marketing-related initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, agency operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to generate creative marketing and content ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience working in a marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
