Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Content Creator & Strategists to join our team in Dubai.
This role combines agency operations, administration, client coordination, and marketing support.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily operational tasks while actively contributing ideas for marketing campaigns, Content Creation , Video Editor, content strategies, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Create social media content and Video Editing
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the agency
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners
- Support campaign planning, execution, and project coordination
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and client documents
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, video production teams, and media partners
- Track project timelines and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Maintain organized business records, contracts, and documentation
- Assist with invoice tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination
- Support management with operational and marketing-related initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, agency operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to generate creative marketing and content ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency is preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
