Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy and content production (copy, visuals, short form video/reels)
- Manage paid ads end to end on Meta and Google (campaign structure, targeting, budget optimisation, reporting)
- Perform SEO and GEO (on page optimisation, keyword research, technical basics, content structured for search engines and AI answer engines)
- Execute email marketing and lifecycle campaigns (segmentation, automation flows)
- Build landing pages and update websites (conversion focused, using CMS or page builder)
Requirements
- Based in Dubai, available for regular project work
- Proven experience in social media strategy, content production, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and landing page builds
- Portfolio or examples of past work
- Valid UAE freelance permit/license
- Comfortable working directly with client briefs and deadlines
- Strong work ethic, ownership, curiosity, and problem solving attitude

- Elevate Marketing runs a subscription based, all in one marketing model for growing businesses across the UAE strategy, content, paid ads, SEO, web, AI automation, all under one roof.
- We're hiring experienced specialists who are genuinely exceptional at what they do, with exceptional work ethic, ownership, curiosity and people who genuinely care about delivering outstanding results.
You're a fit if you can comfortably handle a mix of:
- Social media strategy and content production (copy, visuals, short form video/reels)
- Paid ads management end to end (Meta and Google campaign structure, targeting, budget optimisation, reporting)
- SEO and GEO (on page optimisation, keyword research, technical basics, content structured for both search engines and AI answer engines like ChatGPT/Google AI Overviews)
- Email marketing and lifecycle campaigns (segmentation, automation flows)
- Landing page builds and website updates (conversion focused, comfortable in a CMS or page builder)
What we're after:
- Based in Dubai, available for regular project work (not one off gigs)
- Comfortable working directly with client briefs and deadlines
- Portfolio or examples of past work (a must)
- Valid UAE freelance permit/license
- Bonus: experience working agency side or with multiple clients at once
