Role Overview
Marketing & Communications Manager role based in the UAE.
The role leads the marketing and communications function for an investment manager investing across multiple asset classes, including venture capital.
The role reports directly to one of the Senior Partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Around five years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Strong media relationships and excellent content and project management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently working in an agency is expected.
- Understanding of the technology and investment sectors is beneficial.
Strategy & Brand
- Develop and lead the marketing communications and public relations strategy.
- Ensure a consistent brand narrative and advise leadership on communications and thought leadership opportunities.
Media Relations & PR
- Build strong media and agency relationships.
- Manage press outreach, media inquiries, and crisis communications to enhance and protect the firm's reputation.
Content & Channels
- Oversee content strategy across digital, social, web, and traditional channels.
- Deliver engaging, on-brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan and execute events.
- Support internal communications and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to align messaging and increase brand visibility.
Measurement & Operations
- Track communications performance, manage budgets, and monitor industry trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
