🎯 The Role
We are looking for a
Marketing & Communications Manager
- with strong maritime sector exposure to lead our global marketing, content, and communications strategy.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex, technical maritime topics into clear, engaging, and commercially impactful messaging.
- You will play a key role in shaping how Vanguard Tech is positioned across the global maritime and marine insurance ecosystem.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global marketing and brand strategy
- Create high-quality content including articles, case studies, and LinkedIn thought leadership
- Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement)
- Support lead generation and commercial marketing activities
- Strengthen brand visibility across maritime, offshore, and insurance sectors
- Support industry events, conferences, and external communications
- Position the company as a thought leader in maritime risk and crisis response
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Communications (B2B environment)
- Exposure to one or more of the following industries:
- Maritime / Shipping ⚓
• Marine Insurance And Risk And Offshore
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing
- Experience supporting lead generation or demand marketing campaigns
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear messaging
