We're looking for a Marketing Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead client engagements across our enterprise and government accounts in the UAE, manage delivery across our internal divisions, and ensure every campaign we run produces measurable commercial outcomes.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You'll own client relationships end to end, from the strategic brief through campaign delivery, brand transformation work, and live event activation, across some of the most ambitious organisations in the region.
1. Client Leadership & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client account in the UAE
- Translate client objectives into strategic briefs aligned with brand, attendance, sponsorship, and commercial goals
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and senior stakeholder reviews with confidence and clarity
- Manage approval cycles across multiple stakeholders, leadership, product, communications, legal, without losing momentum
- Hold scope discipline and protect engagement integrity through structured delivery frameworks
- Own client retention and account growth
2. Campaign & Event Marketing Delivery
- Lead marketing strategy for client exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events
- Coordinate cross-divisional delivery, strategy, brand, content, digital, production, as one integrated team
- Oversee pre-event, live, and post-event marketing across every touchpoint
- Ensure strong on-ground brand presence and audience experience at every activation
- Coordinate content capture, media coverage, and real-time storytelling during events
- Track KPIs and optimise campaigns to maximise registrations, engagement, and ROI
3. Brand Stewardship & Strategic Growth
- Steward client brands as their day-to-day Amoux custodian, protecting consistency across digital, physical, and experiential channels
- Lead brand transformation engagements alongside our strategy and creative teams
- Strengthen client positioning regionally and internationally
- Identify partnership, collaboration, and growth opportunities across the account portfolio
- Align all marketing efforts with each client's commercial goals
- Contribute to internal communications work that helps clients bring their organisations along the brand journey
What We'Re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing for large-scale events, exhibitions, or conferences
- Comfort managing complex client relationships with multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong aesthetic and editorial judgment when reviewing creative work, you can tell good work from "fine" work
- Ability to operate across both campaign execution and brand-level strategic decisions
- Experience working within structured delivery frameworks and holding scope when pressure mounts
- Confidence facilitating senior stakeholder alignment and managing approval cycles
- Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred
- UAE-based with the right to work in Abu Dhabi
