Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Research markets, identify opportunities, and support business development initiatives
- Manage client communication, understand requirements, and maintain strong relationships
- Create marketing content including social posts, articles, case studies, and campaign materials
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and improve ROI
- Work closely with sales, design, and technical teams to convert opportunities into clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, software, SaaS, or technology services
- Understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
