Role Overview

  • We are looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be the growth driver of our restaurant.
  • You will handle everything from managing our daily social media presence to executing exciting local marketing activities.
  • Beyond digital channels, you will play a key role in driving physical footfall through offline promotions, mall advertisements, corporate collaborations, and innovative community events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Footfall Drive & Local Marketing Activities (40%): Coordinate and execute promotional activities, physical banners, digital displays, and marketing placements within the mall premises.
  • Corporate Collaborations: Reach out to and partner with local businesses, corporate offices, gyms, and retail brands to offer cross promotions, corporate discounts, or co branded events.
  • Footfall Strategies: Brainstorm, design, and launch creative offline and online methods to increase daily footfall.
  • Review & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
  • Social Media & Content Creation (40%): Schedule and publish engaging daily posts and stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
  • Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with local food bloggers, influencers, and community partners.
  • In Store Collateral & Support (20%): Coordinate with graphic designers or use Canva to update physical menus, table tents, and promotional posters.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report weekly/monthly social media metrics and the direct impact of offline marketing activities on restaurant sales and footfall.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management, local marketing, or public relations (experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or mall based retail is a major plus).
  • Skills: Ability to brainstorm and execute offline promotions or partnership ideas; strong communication and networking skills.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 3,000 AED 3,500 per month
