Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales trackers
- Coordinate with venue teams to support group bookings, corporate inquiries, and promotional offers
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to support conversion and revenue generation
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
- Assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies for marketing materials
- Help organize marketing events and activations across venues
- Compile weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for the General Manager – Commercial
- Track campaign performance and provide basic analysis on engagement and ROI
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic planning
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for commercial team discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing support, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Team oriented with a proactive and detail focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
